Kairos Coffee RoastingKairos Coffee Roasting Bruce Burman opened the storefront of Kairos Coffee Roaster and Tea Co. in 2006 but like many other businesses, was temporarily closed due to Covid-19. Bruce first began with serving coffee out of a vintage red horse trailer but was in need of something bigger so why not get an Airstream? Our team worked long and hard on bringing Bruce's vision to life. His 1971 Airstream functions as a full service espresso, tea, and smoothie bar and is located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

Camp AramoniCamp Aramoni is a new luxury campground and event space that's redefining travel in the Midwest. Spanning 96 acres of lush forests on a former 19th century brickyard, Camp Aramoni's lavish accommodations await your discovery just 90 minutes south of Chicago. When Jennifer purchased the property for Camp Aramoni it housed a 1961 26' Airstream Overlander in one of the buildings. That is what gave her the idea to convert an Airstream into a Coffee/Bar trailer. After taking a good look at the 1961 and accessing its condition we decided to use a 1972 29' Ambassador. Jennifer gave Chef Cleetus full reign on the Airstream project and we began the conversion. Cleetus's vision for the interior was a rustic look similar to the main venue. Reclaimed barnwood was selected and looks very similar to their existing wood. They named the Airstream "Burlington" after the railroad that passed through the property. The Burlington will reside permanantly in the campground. The trailer is decked out with a coffee grinder, expresso maker, ice bins, drain board and speed rail. Outside boasts a full awning and large serving window.

Foxtails - Mobile BarErin Fox had started making plans for a mobile bar. It so happened that her dad was on a trip to the lake, with his Airstream trailer, went by P&S Trailer and saw all the Airstreams. After stopping by and seeing Airstreams being made into bar and food trailers, he brought his daughter back for a grand tour. Erin fell in love with the idea and selected a 1960 Safari 22 footer for her new bar. P&S designed and delivered her new mobile business.

Perfect North SlopesChip Perfect and his daughter visited P&S and picked out this 1972 27' Airstream Land Yacht for their project. Chip is the owner of Perfect North Slopes in southern Indiana. Their plans are to serve Hot Chocolate to customers in the winter and then ice cream in the summer.

Cup of Bliss - Mobile RoasterIn August of 2020 our client reached out about fabricating not just a mobile coffee bar, but a mobile coffee roaster. This positive and upbeat Lady Roaster wanted to take her business on wheels. And so, The Cup of Bliss Mobile Roaster was born.
As a small business owner there were a few parameters she wanted to outline before we began designing - budget and consumer experience. We love to brainstorm with our clients and sometimes get caught up in all the incredible things you can do to transform an Airstream. She wanted the consumer to be able to witness the process. There was really only one trailer perfect enough for this venture - a 1970 21' Globetrotter with a 10 foot vending window - large enough to engage with consumers and showcase her coffee process.
Our incredible carpenter built custom cabinets on either side of the trailer for optimal storage and counter top space. Finished in a beautiful hazelnut stain, it looked a latte like the gorgeous cups of coffee our Lady Roaster pours. Overalls the design elements included butcherblock counters, 4-comp sink w/matching sink covers, vinyl flooring, exhaust vent for roaster and exterior brand decals with social and QR code.

Union League National Golf ClubThe Union League National Golf Club ordered this 1970 21' Airstream Globetrotter to be a temporary Snack Bar in the middle of the Golf course. After being open only three weeks, the Club members are insisting that it stay permanently.
Straz CenterStraz Center bar SIP serves booze from Airstream on Tampa Riverwalk. Located near the southern end of Straz Center's Riverwalk expanse, and fashioned inside a retro-fitted 1966 Airstream Safari Land Yacht, SIP will offer an array of cocktails and a rotating selection of local craft brews on tap, as well as smoothies, coffee, soft drinks and water. ToastworthyWe turned this 1965 Airstream Caravel into a beautiful 17ft. wine serving trailer for Toastworthy based in Washington D.C. We fabricated seating area and bars from aluminum tubing to create the unique and clean look that they were going for. Toastworthy is dedicated to 'Toasting the Worth–It Moments.'

Bobby Hotel Bar TrailerThis is a 1966 17' Caravel that we built for the Bobby Hotel in downtown Nashville. We built this one to this stage and then the Hotel's own staff worked with their kitchen supplier to outfit the inside for a bar. They used a crane to set it up on top of the 8th floor. Along with the Airstream there is a Greyhound bus a swimming pool and another full bar on the roof.

Stamford Bar TrailerThe Stamford Bar was built on a 1961 22' Safari. We installed an under bar fridge with sliding glass doors. 2 under bar ice bins, a self contained 4 compartment sink and a Stainless prep counter.
Lake Tahoe Beach ClubBobby King, the General Manager from Lake Tahoe Beach Club, contacted us to build a food trailer out of a vintage Airstream. We sent them a few choices and they picked this 1972 27ft. Airstream for the project. In addition to the side serving hatch, this build included a full rear hatch for loading of product. The trailer will be parked outside the Club House right on the Beach.
Seamore's at Brookfield Place, NYCSeamore's food vending trailer in New York City. From the joy of fishing and the taste of fresh catch, they bring Montauk to your sidewalk. On the corner of Broome and Mulberry, Seamore's puts the local back into seafood with their P&S Airstream food trailer. Serving healthy plates, beach vibes, affordable local seafood, and sustainability, they want you to feel good about your fish.
Brown Family Donut TrailerOn July 13th the Brown Family arrived at P&S Trailer to take a tour. After looking at all the trailers of different ages & sizes they all agreed on this 1972 23ft Safari. The Browns decided on 2 vending windows. A 10 footer on one side and a 5 footer on the other. In front of the 10 foot window we installed a custom stainless steel counter with an ice bin and drain board. In the front we installed a self contained stainless steel four compartment sink. They plan on using this trailer to sell homemade donuts.
Menu Venue Events - 'Willow' Event Trailer in TennesseeWillow is a venue events trailer created in a 1972 Airstream Land Yacht trailer. We created this trailer for Holly Davis of Tennessee and business is brisk! We also installed a Zip Dee awning.

Drive Up Food TrailerThis project is a Drive Up Food Trailer! We built it using a 1972 31ft. Sovereign. It has 2 Drive Up windows on one side and a 8ft. vending window on the back side for walk up customers. Capsule Manufacturing in California contacted us to furnish the trailer all polished, 2 air conditioners, fab work for the windows and all new insulation and metal on the interior. We delivered it to California where they will outfit the inside.
Coco Van Airstream LoungeThe Coco Van Airstream Lounge is on the grounds of the Coco Bistro in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Coco Van is a 1974 27ft. Airstream now serving as a bar and grill. This 1974 Airstream has 2 serving windows both covered by a large Zip Dee awning. WE wrapped the interior walls with special pre-coated aluminum. After polishing the exterior, new LED exterior lighting was installed. This conversoin also included new aluminum wheels and tires.

The Goat Shasta BarThe Goat Bar in a vintage shasta trailer. This trailer is complete with glass door refrigerator, ice bins and plenty of counter space. Serving windows on the side and the rear each having their own outside folddown butcherblock bar. Inside is also equipped with a 3 comp sink and hand washing sink.
